is intended. We don't like trouble.
- Legal consequences might follow if you don't.
- Access Levels Vary:
- Your access depends on your role. Don't wander where you
shouldn't.
- The system will automate your signature and is linked to
your email.
- Retain Documents Properly:
- Keep documents based on our policies. Don't delete
recklessly.
- All documents related to you will be accessible in your
account.
- Review What You Upload before submission:
- What you upload is your responsibility. Keep it clean and
proper.
- Respect our guiding policies and standards.
- We Keep Logs:
- We keep records of what's happening in every account. So be
careful with what you do with the system.
- Account Termination:
- Your account will be automatically terminated when your
contract ends, but may also be terminated in case of
misconduct.
- Report Problems:
- If you spot a problem or need help, please report
immediately by phone, then email to the ICT officer.
